At Black Lotus Tattoo Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with products purchased from our online shop. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This policy does not apply to tattoo services or other studio services.
Eligibility for Returns
- Only sealed and unused aftercare products can be returned.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
How to Return
- Contact us at contact@blacklotustattoo.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Once confirmed, return the item(s) to us at the address provided.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the product(s) only; original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
