Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed through our online shop are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays but can be collected on Saturdays.
Shipping (UK)
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method selected and the courier used.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Click & Collect (Studio Collection)
Customers may choose to collect their order in person from our tattoo studio.
- Orders are usually ready for collection on the same day Tuesday to Satuday
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready
- Collection must take place during our normal studio opening hours
- Please bring your order confirmation when collecting

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
